About us
The authentic culinary experience of Southern Vietnamese cuisine, Phi Yen is home to a myriad of intriguing and familiar flavours inspired by family recipes passed down through generations. Phi Yen (flying swallow) was the name given to Yen Dang, the restaurant’s founder, when she was a little girl in Vietnam. Yen, together with her husband and co-founder Tuan, have created a unique and expansive menu that combines the freshest ingredients with those time-honoured family recipes.
