About us
For over 25 years, the NAC Foundation has been a conduit for the generosity of tens of thousands of Canadians. Donors from across the country have given nearly $200 million to support the performing arts nationwide. Together, your generosity powers the National Arts Centre’s work—bringing new creations to life, elevating performances, nurturing talent, inspiring learning, and advancing reconciliation through the arts. “I believe deeply in the fundamental role of the arts in our society, in the voices of Canadian creators and artists to awaken in us a sense of pride and belonging to our cultures and perspective. I am truly grateful for the thousands of donors to the NAC Foundation who help ensure the performing arts remain a vibrant and relevant cornerstone of our Canadian identity.”
