About us
Victoire is the leading boutique for curated Canadian-made fashion. Since 2006, Victoire has been a trailblazer in showcasing the talent of established and emerging designers, while also championing sustainable and ethical business practices. Victoire is the brainchild of high school BFFs Katie Frappier and Regine Paquette. Our shared love of fashion and politics made us perfect co-conspirators to launch a business that combined ethics with design. In celebration of our milestone 20th anniversary, we asked what Victoire means to our community and it is clear our legacy's impact lies beyond the wardrobe.
