About us
We import many of the fine ingredients directly from Greece, such as sea salt, dried oregano from mountain Taygetos, capers and caper berries, many of the staples used in the dishes-like first and cold fresh extra virgin olive oil, selected honey, strained Greek yogurt and of course the barrel-aged feta cheese produced on family farms. Our sea salt is from the Greek isles and is bright white in colour (thanks to the sun). It is a coarse salt high in salinity (or salty flavour) without a heavy mineral taste. Our ground oregano comes from hand picked herbs from Greece’s Mt. Taygetos, the tallest mountain on Peloponnese. It is ground from naturally sun dried and is 100% pure.
