Founded and led by African health professionals, AYA Collective builds health systems that are locally owned, evidence-driven, and designed to outlast any single program. AYA Collective is founded and led by African health professionals. We work with governments, partners, and communities to improve health outcomes by building on what already works in the African context, rather than importing models from elsewhere. From 2025 to 2030, our focus is Ghana, where we are embedded within the Ghana Health Service across all 16 regions, strengthening systems, improving service delivery, and expanding access to reproductive and maternal health care.
