Inflexion Capital is an investment management company set up to manage Inflexion Investments Limited, an investing vehicle created by the founders of IC Securities. In building Ghana’s leading investment banking, securities trading and fund management franchises from scratch over the last 12 years, as well as having successfully executed numerous deals across sub-Saharan Africa, David Awuah-Darko and Kwabena Osei-Boateng have demonstrated a proven track record, generated clear insights and built a complex web of regional and global relationships. The principals have established Inflexion to back their emerging thesis that the competitive landscape (especially in financial services in Sub-Saharan Africa) is ripe for disruption.
