Kosmos Innovation Center (KIC) is a youth leadership and entrepreneurship training center. We are committed to increasing awareness of agricultural opportunities and the associated entrepreneurial benefits for the youth. The KIC projects are structured to provide support to youth ranging from high school students to Medium-scale business owners. Our key thematic focus areas are Youth Leadership & Entrepreneurship Development; Innovative and Sustainable Agriculture solutions; Access to Productive Resource; Gender & Inclusion; Policy and Advocacy. Benjamin Gyan-Kesse is the Executive Director of Kosmos Innovation Center, Ghana, a Not-for Profit Organization, and business incubation hub, where he is driving the strategic execution of sustainable value chain transformation through innovation and tech for young people and entrepreneurs within the agricultural sector. As an AgriTech Thought Leader and Professional with over 26 years of experience in farmer capacity building and agribusiness value chain programs development and executions, he has worked with multinationals and local organizations like DAI, TechnoServe, Esoko, Wienco-Cocoa Abrabopa Association, and Ken’s Farm Fresh.
