We are working to bring the full benefits of the digital age to people who can barely read and write. Many people are unable to fully benefit from digital financial technology because of English illiteracy or low literacy. We are tacklinig this issue through the development of language technology which enables people access technology in their native languages. Our WhatsApp banking solution, as seen in the video, allows not just English but Twi speakers to interact with the banking system. (Twi is a native Ghanaian language).
