Eighteen years ago, our impact-first business model was dismissed as impractical and idealistic. Today, operating across four value chains and five countries, we've demonstrated that social and environmental impact, when designed into business systems, drive efficiency, resilience, and compounding long-term value. We've been working for the past 18 years directly with 4th-generation rural women to produce artisanal, plant-based ingredients native to West Africa. Through our direct sourcing model, we protect their rightful ownership, benefits, and preserve techniques that have been sustained within their families for centuries, while building systems that ensure sustainability and continuity within their ecosystems.
