Springboard Road Show Foundation

Springboard Road Show Foundation is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under the laws of Ghana in 2011. Springboard is co-founded by Albert Ocran and Comfort Ocran, who have over two decades of experience in the youth development space. The Foundation operates from Accra-Ghana and delivers its various interventions across Ghana. In 2011, in addition to traveling across all regions of Ghana, Springboard’s flagship annual Road Show visited Nigeria and Gambia. Springboard Road Show Foundation has a proven impact, having empowered over 500,000 alumni and reached 23 million youth through innovative multimedia programs. Our scalable programs are designed for replication across Africa, ensuring widespread access to entrepreneurship, leadership, and career development opportunities. Through strategic partnerships with global organizations such as Mastercard Foundation and Solidaridad, we continue to expand our reach and effectiveness.
