SFAN's story began in 2013 in a classroom at Radford University in Accra. Then a second-year student, founder Tom-Chris Emewulu was confronted by the gap between what many young people learned and the opportunities available after graduation. His experience building a retail business before university had already shown him the value of applied learning, initiative and access. On September 20, 2013, that conviction became Stars From All Nations: a student-led initiative created to help young Africans prepare for meaningful work, build enterprises and create lives on their own terms. SFAN formally incorporated in 2016. What began as a classroom idea and community has since grown into a human capital development company working across practical education, technology, entrepreneurship, career coaching and ecosystem partnerships.
