Asking for a listing to be corrected or removed

Anyone can ask us to correct or remove a listing. You do not need an account.

How to ask

• Use the contact form and choose “Removing or correcting a listing”.
• Or use “Report a concern” on the business’s page.

Tell us which page it is. Its page address is best. Say what is wrong, or why it should come down. If the business is yours, say so. We may ask you to show that it is.

What happens next

• We reply within 5 working days.
• Valid removal requests are acted on within 30 days.
• A removed listing is not added again by later imports.
